Total Gym APEX G5 Setup
Remove lid. Remove tape from box corners to flatten.
Remove squat stand from under gym & insert into receptacles.
Lift & stand gym up. Remove accessories from under glideboard.
Using two hands, extend rails out & lower gym to the floor. Pullout black knob pin & lift the column until it locks in place.
Pullout color height adjustment pin & lift rails to the desired incline level. Insert safety hitch pins.
