Shoulder Extension

- Straighten arms toward support column, palms facing down.
- Pull handles straight back, past hips.
- Slowly return to starting position.
Serve

- Place arms along sides of body, palms facing forward.
- Pull handles straight up until aligned with shoulders.
- Slowly return to starting position.
Upright Row

- Extend arms in front of body, palms facing down.
- Bend elbows up and out until wrists are near shoulders.
- Slowly return to starting position.
