Using the Total Gym Weight Bar accessory, you can add up to 90 lbs per side — up to 180 lbs total — to the Total Gym EVOLVE. The EVOLVE has a 500 lb maximum weight capacity, which includes both the user’s bodyweight and any added weight bar weight combined.
Does Total Gym EVOLVE have a rowing option?
The Total Gym EVOLVE doesn’t convert into a dedicated rowing machine, but its arm cable pulley system supports a wide range of rowing-style exercises — low rows, mid rows, high rows, bicep curls, and compound pulling movements that target the back, shoulders, and arms.
How difficult is it to set up & stow away Total Gym EVOLVE? Does it have rollers?
